Mindful Moving Kids Holiday Pop-Up

Need a few hours before the big day? Consider this three-hour workshop for little yogis to move, breathe, play, and create. This workshop is designed for kids ages 5-11 to learn yoga poses, play self-regulation and executive functioning games using the poses, practice breath work, mindfulness, and create a takeaway craft to help remind them of their skills even when they're not in the yoga studio. And what parent doesn't need a few hours to get things done this time of year when school is out and excitement is running high?!
