How to Fall More Safely and Get Back Up Again

Let's make friends with the floor, help prevent injuries, and feel more empowered! Fall prevention is so important, but so is fall resilience, because safer falling techniques can make all the difference if we do fall. In this workshop, we'll practice a wide range of proven techniques to fall more safely, starting out gradually and using a soft pad. It's actually a lot of fun and SOOO valuable.

Mindful Moving Kids - Oct 2025

Ages 5-12 are welcome to join Beth Hardy for this 4-week Mindful Moving Kids September session! We’ll be learning yoga poses, breathing techniques, practicing mindfulness activities, and playing games that use yoga to foster self-awareness and self-regulation as well as executive functioning skills. You can purchase the full September session (Oct 7, 14, 21 and 28) for $80 OR your child is welcome to "drop in" to any of these classes ($25 per class) by choosing the Mindful Moving Kids Single Class option and pick the date(s) you want to attend. A 10% additional sibling(s) discount is offered as well.
Chair Yoga - Oct 2025

In this 45-minute gentle chair yoga class, you will be guided through a series of seated and some standing yoga poses, adaptable for all bodies. Join us for this enlightening and beneficial class. This class is taught in a flow with movement of the entire body. We will use props such as blocks and straps in our seated chair pose. Class is concluded with a guided meditation to help further relaxation. There will also be focus on the breath throughout class. You may be surprised at what you can do in a chair and how much you can get out of it!
Family Yoga Sept/Oct/Nov 2025

Adults and their littles ages 4-9 are invited to join Beth for this monthly Family Yoga class (Sundays at 3pm Sept 21, Oct 19 and Nov 16). We will practice breathwork, poses, and some silliness to have fun while strengthening our bodies and bonds. The child in all of us will appreciate getting to move, breathe, and regulate together.
Fall Sound Bath Meditation with Sueann: Root to Rest

As autumn deepens, nature reminds us to slow down and turn inward. This sound bath offers a space to ground your energy and nourish your body and mind through restorative rest. Gentle vibrations from crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments will guide you into a meditative state, helping to release tension and restore balance. Just as trees draw strength from their roots in preparation for winter, you are invited to settle deeply, restore, and reconnect with your own inner reserves

Join us for our 10th annual spook-tacular Breathe tradition! Throw on your neon and white yoga clothes and costumes and watch yourself and everyone else GLOW and FLOW under black lights in this special Halloween-inspired Vinyasa class! All levels are welcome and no yoga experience is necessary.
