In this workshop, you will learn how to use yoga props to help yourself or your students unlock the full potential of a yoga pose. By no means is prop use limited to beginners, props can help accommodate anatomical differences, tight muscles/joints and limited ranges of motion. If you have ever wondered how to efficiently use props, this is a fun and educational workshop to help make the practice of yoga safe and accessible to all bodies.

Heart Chakra Sound Immersion w Jason

The heart chakra is associated with unconditional love, compassion, and joy. In this heart-centered sound immersion, we’ll open ourselves to forgiveness, love, and compassion especially towards ourselves. The session will begin with some gentle movement to prepare your body to lay still. You will be gently embraced by a variety of sounds from instruments including a buffalo drum, crystal pyramid, Koshi chimes, Tibetan singing bowls, and crystal singing bowls – and more!
