Intro to Kundalini Yoga w/Heart Opening Focus

Join guest teacher Hope Katz Gibbs, a certified Kundalini and Yin Yoga teacher, to learn about Kundalini yoga, which is a yoga practice that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses. The purpose of this practice is to activate your Kundalini energy, or shakti — the spiritual energy that’s said to be located at the base of your spine.  As Kundalini energy rises, it’s believed to help balance the chakras and contribute to your spiritual wellness and awareness.  Hope will be focusing on the heart chakra, Anahata, during this practice.

Family Yoga - December

December 15, 2024

Adults and their littles ages 4-9 are invited to join Beth on Sunday, Dec 15 at 3pm for a Family Yoga class.  We will practice breathwork, poses, and some silliness to have fun while strengthening our bodies and bonds. The child in all of us will appreciate getting to move, breathe, and regulate together!
