Yoga for Cancer Patients/Survivors/Caregivers - Fall 2023

This class is a flow of yoga poses linked to the breath that will aim to help with balance, relaxation, and flexibility and will not require you to continually transition from seated to standing poses.  Expect to have fun while exploring poses that aim to be accessible for everyone.    Offered both online and in-studio at 6:30pm
