Relax from your week and Refresh for the weekend with this summer evening sound meditation and yoga nidra experience!  Taking place on Friday, August 12, this "class" uses crystal and metal bowls to induce a deep sense of relaxation and renewal.  This special experience begins at 6:30pm and is 75 minutes in length.
