This workshop is great for anyone that is just starting out on their journey through yoga to those who have been practicing for a while. All participants will receive a resource document with tips and techniques to practice building healthy bones after the session.

As a long-time student and teacher of yoga, along with a master's degree in public health, Charlotte brings a holistic approach to her teaching, merging the realms of physical and mental well-being for overall health and wellness. Her classes are a dynamic blend of movement, breath work, meditation, and mindfulness, to nurture the body, mind, and spirit. With a deep reverence for yoga philosophy and Ayurveda, she weaves these ancient teachings into classes, offering clients a holistic experience with practical tips and tools that can be applied in the modern-day world.
