In this 60-minute workshop, you’ll explore the power of intentional breathing as a tool for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual support. Through guided instruction, discussion, and experiential breathwork, you’ll learn simple yet powerful techniques to help calm the nervous system, increase energy, and reconnect to the present moment.

Together, we’ll explore how conscious breathing can help quiet mental chatter, release tension, and create a greater sense of grounding and clarity—like watering a plant or closing out the tabs in your mind.

What to expect:

  • Learn how breathwork can support overall well-being
  • Practice 3 intentional breathing techniques (two calming, one energizing)
  • Experience a guided breathwork journey (15–30 minutes)
  • Reflect, reset, and leave with practical tools to incorporate intentional breathing into daily life

This workshop is open to all levels and designed to help you feel more present, connected, and empowered through the simple practice of breath.

Led by Sarah Yudkin, a trauma-informed Breathwork facilitator, coach, and founder of You Love and You Learn. Through her certification with Owaken Breathwork and over a decade of studying physical and mental wellness, Sarah has supported thousands of clients in reconnecting to themselves, cultivating greater presence, and building more loving relationships with themselves and others.
