Yoga Strength & Stretch

In this hybrid class (strength and yoga) we will mix it up with weights, modifications and varying intensities.  This class will include a warm up and some flows as well as some strength-training exercises, incorporating handheld weights and body weight (think planks, push ups, squats, etc). This class will always end with a nice stretch and savasana.
