Hatha Yoga for the New Year

Start 2022 with a nourishing Hatha Yoga practice, focusing on your breath and the movement of your body with your breath.  This 75-minute class is accessible for just about all levels of experience and fitness, as modifications are shown.  Hatha Yoga uses postures (asanas) and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility, greater entry into the pose and overall relaxation.  Magical!
