Discover the Rhythm of Salsa! If you love to dance or have always wanted to give it a try, salsa offers an exciting way to stay fit and have fun. With lively music and movement, salsa is a great way to improve your coordination, flexibility, and reduce stress. This Intro to Salsa series is designed with the beginner in mind, teaching the basics to get you moving. Chakra Awakening Workshop

Join Karin, Rebecca and Codie and take a journey through the chakras through flow, meditation and sound.  The chakras are the seven energy points in the body which correspond to nerves, major organs and emotional and physical well-being. They should stay "open" and aligned to maintain well being throughout the body and mind.  This 3-hour workshop will incorporate an all-levels chakra flow, meditation and sound immersion. You'll leave feeling both relaxed as well as restored and at peace!

Mindful Moving Kids - July

July 9, 2024

Ages 5-12 are welcome to join Beth Hardy for this 3-week Mindful Moving Kids July session! We’ll be learning yoga poses, breathing techniques, practicing mindfulness activities, and playing games that use yoga to foster self-awareness and self-regulation as well as executive functioning skills.  You can purchase the full July session (July 9, 16, 23 and 30) for $80 or your child is welcome to "drop in" to any of these classes ($25 per class) by choosing the Mindful Moving Kids Single Class option and pick the date(s) you want to attend.

Yoga Nidra July

Anyone can experience the revitalizing and calming benefits of this easy and accessible yoga nidra practice, which is a guided meditation. Lana will lead you in a short series of Yin Yoga poses to prepare your body for resting comfortably. Then, all you need to do is listen and allow Lana's gentle voice to guide you on an internal journey of deep relaxation.
