You'll benefit from open discussion and Q&A with:

  • a Medical Doctor (with more than 20 years experience) who specializes in women's health and menopause
  • a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
  • a Personal Trainer and certified Yoga Teacher

We'll be covering everything from Hormone Therapy to weight gain and nutrition to simple and science-based relaxation techniques. The session will end with a relaxing restorative yoga practice designed to completely relax and rejuvenate you at the same time!  Bring a friend and you'll both save $15!

Breathe Body & Mind is located at 6350 Rolling Mill Place, Springfield, VA. 22152. (We're in the brick professional complex next to the Whole Foods/Planet Fitness shopping center, closest to the Planet Fitness end.  The complex faces Old Keene Mill Rd. and our building is in the farthest corner away from the shopping center, next to the fence that separates the townhome complex from the professional complex.  There is a UPS and FedEx drop-box station in front of our unit.

Lynne Maloney

Lynne is the owner and primary manager of Breathe Body & Mind.  She has been a fitness professional since 2005. She taught Jazzercise (cardio dance) classes for over 12 years and has been an ACE certified personal trainer since 2012.  She is also a registered yoga teacher, having completed  her 200-hr yoga teacher training at Beloved Yoga in Reston.  She likes to make exercise fun, whether working with clients one-on-one or in small or large groups. Lynne is also a Functional Fitness Specialist and a Senior Strength & Conditioning Specialist. The satisfaction of helping people reach and maintain their fitness goals is her greatest reward. Lynne spent over 20 years in the newspaper industry, the last 17 of them at The Washington Post as a national advertising executive. While she loved her career, she had a nagging dream to create a welcoming fitness studio where people look forward to going to nourish their body, mind and spirit and find a sense of community . . . Breathe Body and Mind was born in July 2016.
