Are you looking to reconnect deeply with your innate sense of harmony? Do you feel called to embrace your unique rhythms? Are you seeking a deeper connection across the dimensions of your being?

Join Lorena for a Candlelight Practice that invites you to meet yourself exactly as you are, gently navigate the space between effort and ease, and offer gratitude to your whole being.  As the sun sets and the stars begin to shimmer, we'll move through nurturing sequences and restorative poses that welcome stillness and serenity.

This practice fosters balance across your physical, mental, and emotional layers.  The evening will culminate in a soothing Sound Bath featuring the healing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, seeds, drums, and sacred mantras. Let this experience uplift your spirit and fill you with a deep, lasting sense of harmony.
