Amber

Ambers yoga journey began after she took a yoga class for her physical education credit during college. She quickly fell in love with how the practice both challenged and empowered her and committed to her own daily practice over the next 10 years. Feeling called to share her love of yoga and movement, she completed her 200 hour vinyasa teacher training in 2023. Amber brings a playful and lighthearted approach to life both on and off the mat. She hopes to help her students find their center and deepen their mind body connection during class with a focus on joyful movement that is inclusive for everybody. Outside of the studio you can find her reading, hiking, or cuddling with her fur baby.
