Danielle Smith is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Driven by sports and curiosity, Danielle has been moving her entire life – from climbing trees in the woods to running around on fields and courts, she played it all. After an ACL injury in college, she continued to play volleyball and softball well into adulthood. She is a military wife and mother of three who's coaching style offers you actionable tools to create clarity amidst the chaos of a joyous life. She offers a safe space toexplore self-acceptance in preparation for growth with graceful accountability. Danielle works with you to learn how to honor your whole self. She advocates that through small shifts, you will adjust your trajectory to transform your life.
