Two Strong

Join Meshell and Lynne for this 90-minute Partner-inspired strength-training class!  We'll discuss the benefits of weight-bearing exercise as we explore many different exercises that can be done with a partner and various types of equipment.  We'll use our own bodyweight, free weights, resistance bands, stability balls and more as we make exercise more fun with a partner!  You can sign up with someone else, but NO PARTNER IS NECESSARY to sign up or attend this class because we'll pair you up!  This will be an all-levels class. Children age 12 and up are welcome with an accompanying parent/guardian. Offered in-studio only.
