Depending on your fitness level, this is a gentle-to-moderate full-body exercise class designed to wake up, tone and stretch your entire body. We'll focus on various exercises to improve balance and core stability while also toning and strengthening with the use of light hand-held weights, our own body weight and sometimes resistance bands and stability balls. This class is set to music and always incorporates some movements that are dedicated to improving balance and always ends with a nice long stretch segment. Your ability to get up and down from the floor is important as portions of each class are spent both standing and on your mat. No shoes required.
