Strength & Sculpt

Strengthen and sculpt your entire body with this 45-min workout, incorporating various equipment, including hand-held weights, resistance bands and loops, stability balls and more. We'll warm up all of our muscles and get our blood circulating and proceed to tone our legs, arms, back and core. Expect a fun playlist and a nice stretch at the ends. This class will move at a moderate pace and will be accessible for most levels of fitness.  Modifications will always be offered.
