Slow Flow & Roll

This class combines a slower-paced Vinyasa Yoga with mindful movement, breathing, and Yamuna Body Rolling. Geared towards those looking to move mindfully to build muscle strength, gain perspective, and achieve calm, it also includes using soft, pliable balls for gentle bodywork.
