Mixed Level Pilates
This is a moderate-to-advanced Pilates class which will take your practice further to increase your core stability, posture, body alignment, balance, and flexibility. In this class, progressively challenging mat work will:
- tone, and
- streamline the body.
The effective mind-body exercise feels great, and can help relieve back, shoulder and neck pain and is carefully designed so that everyone from beginners to professional athletes can find a suitable workout.
