Gentle Yoga - Standing Poses

We begin the class with a standing warm up, then get centered with breath work.  We will practice our gentle standing yoga flows at a slower pace.  This allows for more intension in each of the poses, as we we work through the various positions of the spine and joints, and engage our muscles.  A chair will be used throughout the class as a the main prop. We do not come down to the mat. Toward the end of class, we will stretch while seated in our chairs, and finish with savasana.  You'll feel stretched, rejuvenated and calm!
