Gentle Yoga - Standing Poses
Begin by centered breath work, then work your way into gentle yoga flows at a slower pace. This allows for more intension in each of the poses as we work through the various positions of the spine and joints, and engage our muscles. All poses are standing poses, and a chair will be used throughout the class as the main prop. Know that we will not be coming down to the mat. Yoga blocks are recommended and modifications will be demonstrated. You will be ready to sit in your chair at the end of class! We’ll finish in seated savasana, You'll feel stretched, rejuvenated and calm!
