Barre/Pilates Combo

A combination of Barre exercises and traditional Pilates mat exercises. You will work head to toe, challenging your balance and your core, as you lengthen, sculpt and tone just about every muscle in your body. This is an active and somewhat demanding class with a dedicated, friendly and lively group which will help you along the way.
