All-Levels Mat Pilates

This traditional mat Pilates class utilizes the 'Pilates breath' to deepen core strength; the slower pace will help to build your stamina and stability, allowing you to maximize each exercise. Come have fun while improving posture; increasing balance, strength, and flexibility. Props like bands, stability balls, and small squishy balls will add dimension to your workout. All levels and accessibilities welcome.
