Shanna

Shanna’s yoga journey began in the Year 2000 when she turned to yoga after being diagnosed with anxiety. She decided there must be a better way to overcome this without relying on medication and learned more about natural healing, health and wellness. In 2013, Shanna obtained her Yoga (RYT-200) Certification at Radiant Life Yoga School in Nicaragua and has been teaching yoga ever since. She is a Wellness Advocate for Essential Oils and a Certified Reiki Master Practitioner. Shanna believes that through positive energy and the practice of yoga, you can learn how to Breathe again to bring balance into every aspect of life. Yoga is a practice that will help aid in healing the body, transforming the mind and lifting the soul. When we choose to Breathe, Re-Focus the mind and Meditate on positive energy, it will begin to transform our path in life. Off the yoga mat, Shanna is happily married and has two children, two dogs, two turtles and lots of fish.
