Lani

Lani Randle is a National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) graduate with National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) Personal Training and Group Exercise certifications.  Her many specializes include  women's fitness and general nutrition.

 

Lani’s technical knowledge and 10+ years of personal experience allow her to design and employ training programs and classes accessible by all students. Proper safety and form are always her main focus. She recognizes the importance of effective, efficient workouts and quality over quantity. Lani’s philosophy in training is to provide students with the motivation, direction and knowledge to make positive lifestyle changes and encourages them to take on new challenges.  

 

Lani has completed her Bachelor’s of Science, Master’s of Business Administration, and she continues her education in varying individual and group exercise training modalities (including Strength Training and Yoga). Work and family have given Lani the opportunity to live in Germany for multiple years and to travel extensively throughout the world. An avid runner, Lani has completed multiple full and half marathons, and she recently enjoyed training her son on his first youth triathlon.
